Our technique
Our System is based on the classical principles of Power Pilates with complementary movements from different workshops that complement the traditional methology of Pilates.
The Genius Behind Pilates
Born in Mönchengladbach, Germany, in 1883, Joseph Pilates was once a sickly child who grew up struggling with asthma, rickets, and rheumatic fever. This drove him to dedicate his life to improving physical strength.
Ahead of his time, Pilates observed that stressful modern lifestyles are often to blamefor bad posture, improper breathing, inactivity, and other factors contributing to poor health.
By devising a system that incorporates more than 500 exercises and uses uniquely designed equipment, the Pilates we know today was invented.
Switch to a healthy lifestyle by building core strength. We'd be delighted to introduce you to the beneficial effects of Pilates.

- Shape Your Figure - It defines our muscles while lengthening and hardening them.
- Improve Your Posture - By improving the position of the abdomen, thorax, and shoulders, we correct our posture when sitting and standing.

Could it help with back and neck pain?
Yes, pilates helps strengthen the posterior muscles that support the neck, while also improving core strength that leads to a better posture. Neck and back pain can be improved by strengthening minor groups of muscles which are targeted in every pilates session.
