Bridget Castaneda

Our head trainer is certified since 2007 on Power Pilates System I, III, and III and has additional certifications for pre-natal/post-natal clients with a history of joint injuries and scoliosis. Bridget was introduced to Pilates after a severe back injury in 1998. Years after being a client herself, she decided to get certified in system one under Power Pilates.

Recently, Bridget certified on system three under power Pilates. Through the years, she has done workshops, including:

  • Prenatal and Postnatal
  • Back Injuries
  • Knee Injuries
  • Neck Injuries
  • Scoliosis

Dinah Rodriguez

Dinah joined the Aramat Crew in 2013 as an apprentice while finishing her Bachelor’s in Kinesiology degree from UTRGV. She majored in Kinesiology at Texas A&M University in 2017 and returned in 2022 to teach Pilates. She is certified in Comprehensive Power Pilates Systems I, II, and III.

Pedro Zepeda

Joined the Aramat Crew in 2015, Pedro discovered the benefits of Pilates after multiple injuries playing soccer. He currently has Power Pilates System I, and all levels of Mat I, II, and III.
